About this product family
This product is part of our eye and brow makeup family. It includes mascara, eyeliner, eyebrow pencils and gels, eyeshadow, freckle pens and brow care.
How do I use it?
Follow the directions on the pack first. As a general guide, apply eye makeup to clean, dry skin and lashes. Build colour in thin layers, and let liquid products dry before you blink. Keep pencils sharp and the cap closed.
Should I patch test first?
Yes, we recommend a patch test, because the eye area is delicate. Apply a small amount on the inner forearm and wait 24 hours. Stop using the product if you notice redness, itching, watering or discomfort. If you wear contact lenses or have sensitive eyes, take extra care and check the ingredient list.
How do I take it off?
Remove eye makeup at the end of the day with a product made for the eye area. Waterproof formulas may need a dedicated remover, so check the pack.
How do I look after it?
Do not share eye makeup with other people. Do not add water or saliva, and do not pump a mascara wand in and out of the tube. Close it tightly after use.
How should I store it?
Keep it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat.
How often should I replace it?
Eye products are used close to the eyes, so replace them sooner rather than later. The open jar symbol on the pack shows how many months a product is meant to be used after opening. If you cannot find the symbol, contact us and we will help. Replace a product straight away if its smell or texture changes, or if your eyes feel irritated.
