About this product family
This product is part of our sun protection family, which includes sunscreens and sun sticks. The SPF and PA rating printed on the pack is the one to go by.
How do I use it?
Follow the directions on the pack first. As a general guide, apply sun protection generously as the last step of your morning skincare, to clean dry skin, and reapply as the pack directs, especially after swimming, sweating or drying your skin with a towel. Sticks should be glided over the skin evenly. Sprays should be used in a well ventilated place, and you should avoid breathing them in.
Is sunscreen enough on its own?
No sunscreen blocks all UV light. Shade, clothing and a hat help too, particularly around the middle of the day.
How do I take it off?
Remove it at the end of the day as the pack directs. A gentle cleanser is a common choice.
Should I patch test first?
Yes, we recommend a patch test for any new skincare product. Apply a small amount to a small area, such as the inner forearm, and wait 24 hours. Stop using the product and rinse with water if you notice redness, itching, stinging or discomfort. Keep products away from the eyes unless they are made for the eye area. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, or have a skin condition, check the ingredient list and speak to a pharmacist or doctor before use.
How should I store it?
Keep it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Do not leave it in a hot car or in a beach bag in the sun, as heat can change the texture. Close the cap tightly after each use.
How long can I use it once opened?
Look for the small open jar symbol on the pack. The number beside it, for example 12M, is the number of months the product is meant to be used after opening. If you cannot find the symbol on your pack, contact us and we will help.
Where do I find the ingredients?
The full ingredient list is printed on the pack. Please read it before use, especially if you have allergies or sensitivities.
