About this product family
This product is part of our face makeup family. It includes foundations, BB creams, concealers, primers, setting powders and sprays, blush, contour and highlighter, and applicators.
How do I use it?
Follow the directions on the pack first. As a general guide, apply makeup to clean, moisturised skin. Use fingertips, a clean brush or a clean sponge, and build coverage in thin layers. Powders go on after liquids and creams.
How do I choose a shade?
Shades and options are shown on the product page. Colours can look different on a screen than in daylight, so choose with that in mind. If you are unsure, contact us before you buy.
Should I patch test first?
If you have sensitive skin or allergies, try a small amount on a small area first and wait 24 hours. Stop using the product if you notice redness, itching or discomfort. Keep makeup out of the eyes.
How do I take it off?
Remove makeup at the end of the day. Waterproof and long wearing formulas may need a dedicated remover, so check the pack.
How do I look after it?
Wash brushes and sponges regularly, close lids and caps tightly, and do not share makeup with other people. Keep it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat.
How long can I use it once opened?
Look for the small open jar symbol on the pack. The number beside it, for example 12M, is the number of months the product is meant to be used after opening. If you cannot find the symbol on your pack, contact us and we will help.
