About this product family
This product is part of our haircare family. It includes shampoos, conditioners, masks, oils, leave-in treatments, styling products and hair colour wax.
How do I use it?
Follow the directions on the pack first. As a general guide, shampoos and conditioners are used in the wash, masks and treatments are left on for the time given on the pack, and leave-in products and styling products go on towel dried or dry hair as directed. Start with a small amount and add more if needed.
Who is it for?
Hair types and needs differ from product to product. The product description and the pack say what each product is made for. If you colour or chemically treat your hair, check the pack before use, or contact us before you buy.
Should I patch test first?
Yes, we recommend a patch test for any new hair or scalp product, and especially for colour products. Apply a small amount behind the ear or on the inner forearm and wait 24 hours. Stop using the product and rinse well if you notice redness, itching or stinging on the scalp or skin. If a product gets into your eyes, rinse them with plenty of water.
What about temporary colour and styling products?
Coloured products can stain light fabrics, towels and pillowcases, so protect your clothes while you use them. Follow the pack for how to wash them out.
How should I store it?
Keep it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, with the lid closed tightly. Keep bars and solid products dry between uses.
How long can I use it once opened?
Look for the small open jar symbol on the pack. The number beside it, for example 12M, is the number of months the product is meant to be used after opening. If you cannot find the symbol on your pack, contact us and we will help.

The full ingredient list is printed on the pack. Please read it before use, especially if you have allergies or sensitivities.
