About this product family
This product is part of our lip products family. It includes lipsticks, glosses, lip oils, lip liners and tinted lip balms.
How do I use it?
Follow the directions on the pack first. As a general guide, apply lip products to clean, dry lips. Lip liners go on first, then lipstick, gloss or oil. Blot and reapply as you like.
Should I patch test first?
If you have sensitive skin or allergies, try a small amount on a small area first and wait 24 hours. Stop using the product if you notice redness, itching, swelling or discomfort. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, check the ingredient list.
How do I take it off?
Remove lip colour at the end of the day. Long wearing and waterproof formulas may need a dedicated remover, so check the pack.
How do I look after it?
Do not share lip products with other people. Wipe the applicator and close the cap tightly after use. Sharpen liners gently.
How should I store it?
Keep it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Heat can soften or melt lip products, so do not leave them in a hot car or bag.
How long can I use it once opened?
Look for the small open jar symbol on the pack. The number beside it, for example 12M, is the number of months the product is meant to be used after opening. If you cannot find the symbol on your pack, contact us and we will help.
