How do I use it?
Follow the directions on the pack first, as they always come before this general guide. Many people apply skincare from the thinnest texture to the thickest: cleanser, toner or essence, serum, then moisturiser, with sun protection last in the morning. Eye products and lip products go on the area they are made for. Introduce one new product at a time, so it is easy to tell how your skin feels with it.
What about masks, patches and sets?
Sheet masks, eye patches and lip masks are made to stay on for a set time, so follow the time given on the pack. Sets and bundles can hold several different products, and each one may have its own directions, so check the pack of every item.

Should I patch test first?
Yes, we recommend a patch test for any new skincare product. Apply a small amount to a small area, such as the inner forearm, and wait 24 hours. Stop using the product and rinse with water if you notice redness, itching, stinging or discomfort. Keep products away from the eyes unless they are made for the eye area. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, or have a skin condition, check the ingredient list and speak to a pharmacist or doctor before use.
How should I store it?
Keep it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat, with the lid or cap closed tightly. Wash your hands before using a jar, or use a clean spatula. Stop using a product if its smell, colour or texture changes noticeably.
How long can I use it once opened?
Look for the small open jar symbol on the pack. The number beside it, for example 12M, is the number of months the product is meant to be used after opening. If you cannot find the symbol on your pack, contact us and we will help.
Where do I find the ingredients?
The full ingredient list is printed on the pack. Please read it before use, especially if you have allergies or sensitivities.
